It is an excellent treatment for stress management and to prevent stress-related issues such as migraine/headache, postural issues, lack of sleep, pain and tensions. Also, Indian head massage is especially effective for increasing vascular and lymphatic circulation, as well as the supply of oxygen to the brain, it restores the energy flow to the body, helps to eliminate toxins, promotes healthy hair growth, improves dandruff condition, encourages cell regeneration, improves the elasticity of the skin.
